/* =====================================================================
ROUND 136, B2: the recipe disclaimer, rendered as our own markup.

WHAT THIS SHEET IS FOR. The block is no longer an iframe (see
app/r136disc.py for the map and the reasons), so three things that were
the iframe's problem become this page's: the reserved height, the padding
the embed carried inside itself, and the breakpoint.

THE RESERVED HEIGHT IS GONE BY CONSTRUCTION, not by a rule here. The old
   markup wrapped `<div class="ttc-embed-slot ttc-embed-slot--policy">`, which
held a min-height open so the late-arriving iframe could not shove the
footer down. The native block has no slot, so there is nothing to reserve.
MEASURED on /recipes/easy-salsa/ at 1440: the whole section is 1,042px
where the iframe version is 1,564 -- 522px of it was blank space waiting
for a frame that is no longer coming. At 390 it is 3,035 against 3,709.

THE SPACING MATCHES THE SEO PARAGRAPH BOX, which is what the brief asks
for -- "spacing matches an SEO paragraph box edge-to-text at 1440/tablet/
390". The reference is the grey rounded `.tips .card`, measured across
   widths on Zemlovka:

       1440 48px top, 50px sides 1200 48 / 44.8
       1100 48 / 40.8 1024 48 / 37.8
1000 26 / 22 and every width below it the same

So the box changes at 1024, and the round-135 rule that gives the
disclaimer its inset has two steps (48px, and 26px under 620) -- which left
a TABLET measuring 48px against the reference's 26px. This adds the step at
1023 so all three of the brief's widths agree with the reference.

THE INSETS STAY EQUAL ON ALL FOUR SIDES. Round 135's instruction was
emphatic about that and this one asks the spacing to match a box whose own
sides are NOT equal (48/50, then 26/22). Both are kept where they can be:
the VALUE is the reference's vertical inset at each width, and it is
applied to all four sides. The widest gap that leaves is 2px at 1440.

ONLY THE NATIVE BLOCK. Every rule is scoped to `.ttc-policy-native`, which
only exists when `site_r136_discnative` is on, so the iframe version and
round 135's own item are untouched.

   ROLLBACK: site_r136_discnative off.
